INAQ was founded by a female founder of African and Indian heritage, raised on the flavours of the Caribbean and American South.

Growing up, she never wanted to pick just one culture on her plate. So she didn’t. INAQ stands for “It’s Not A Quisine,” a brand that refuses to be boxed in.

Like London itself, it is a joyful collision of cultures. What started in a mum’s kitchen is now a Wembley takeaway with a loyal, growing following.
